Sean Farley founded Novus Realty Group in late October 2012, after making the decision that being close to his home and family was more important than the rat race that New York City had to offer. His desire to bring a new brand of real estate has come to fruition having sold close to 3,000 homes in the past ten plus years.

Novus, the Latin word for “new,” was more than just a company name, but a vision of Sean’s as his desire to break free from the old way of doing things in the real estate world was his main motivation. In most households, the home is the most valuable family asset and doing things “The Novus way” has brought forth many happy clients over the years and continues to do so today.

Novus Realty Group is all about the community. After almost twelve years in business Novus has been involved in a number of charities, fundraisers, team sponsorships and is always at the front of the line when it comes to lending a hand, or a truck or supporting a local merchant with their patronage.
